Product design and planning is the process prior to the creation of the moulds, during which the product and processing parameters are defined.
This is a very critical stage… of strategic importance. It is for this reason that we place particular attention on this activity.

The manufacture of a finished product obtained through thermoplastic moulding originates from an initial feasibility study that serves to analyse the client’s product, to ascertain the possibility of development and propose adjustments where the original version cannot be made.
This enables us to guarantee a co-planning service that brings together the technical and theoretical knowledge of the designers with the practical skills of the machine operators.

The ideas “take form” during the process of CAD creation of the mould. The planning process is carried out using CAD 3D terminals which make it possible to optimise the projects and ensure that they are feasible.
